The following is the contractual document that will govern the hiring of services for them through the website owned by Canor S.L.

- What is a person with sufficient capacity to contract the services listed on the website.
- That assumes all the obligations set forth here.
The present conditions will have an indefinite validity period and will apply to all reservations made through the website https://www.hotelregente.com
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify said conditions, without this affecting the promotions, if applicable, that were previously reserved before the modification.
Reservations will be valid exclusively for those users who have accepted in its entirety the general and specific terms and conditions of sale; without this acceptance, it will not be possible to formalize the reservation process.

Once the reservation is made, the prices will remain unchanged.

Every payment made to the provider involves the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user or the company name that they have provided at the time of making the reservation.
Object of the contract:
This document aims to regulate the contractual relationship to proceed with the requested reservation and to make an offer of personalized services established between the provider and the user at the moment the user accepts the corresponding box during the online process. The contractual relationship to proceed with the requested reservation involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific and publicly exposed price through the website, of a specific product or service.
Reservation procedure / how to buy:
Anyone with internet access can make a reservation or purchase.
The steps of the purchase procedure are visible throughout the entire buying process. The procedure for booking through the website is as follows:

- The provider does not assume any responsibility when the reservation does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete.
- Without prejudice to the foregoing, we will take the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the reservation can be made within the agreed time.
- When providing our service, while we strive for our service to be as accurate as possible, we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct. We are also not responsible for errors (such as obvious errors and typographical errors) , interruptions (due to server crashes (temporary and/or partial) or to repairs, updates and maintenance of our platform or other reasons).

Damages to accommodations. Duties of the users.
If you were considered the cause of damage to accommodation or to any personal or material belonging existing in the accommodation, we will charge you through the payment method used to make the reservation.
Before proceeding to make the reservation and during your stay, you must take into account the following considerations:
- Observe the safety, coexistence, and hygiene rules dictated by the management for the proper use of the establishment.
- Respect the rules of use or internal regulations of tourist establishments, as well as comply with the prescriptions and particular rules of the places to be visited and the tourist activities.
- Respect the establishment, the equipment and its facilities. Pay the amount for the services contracted at the time of presenting the invoice at the same establishment or under the agreed conditions. In no case does the act of filing a complaint exempt from the payment obligations.
- Respect the cultural and environmental environment.
- Observing the usual rules of social coexistence and showing respect towards people, institutions, and customs of the places.
- Respecting the dignity of the people who work in the tourism industry.
Method of payment
